Everything new in the Brookhaven summer update

Brookhaven's summer patch is one of the bigger content drops the game has seen this year, adding three new beachfront properties and a boardwalk district that finally gives the coastline something to do besides look nice.

The ice cream truck is the standout addition. It's a drivable vehicle with a working service window, meaning one player can serve while others queue up outside — a small detail, but it's already spawned a wave of roleplay servers built entirely around it.

Traffic lights at the two busiest intersections now actually cycle and affect car AI, which sounds minor until you've sat through a Brookhaven pileup. Early reports say it's cut down on the usual intersection chaos considerably.

The update also quietly increased the max server size for a subset of servers, so expect longer queues during peak hours while that rolls out gradually.
